Happy Birthday to ME!!!!! : )

My birthday was September 24th, all I can say is best birthday ever! I took off a week from work just to be able to be home and organize and just do nothing. That was the plan... What actually happened is we decorated my living room , kitchen, and bedroom! My house looks amazing. I've always felt I lack the creativity to make my house look beautiful. You know the homes where you walk in and you think wow... its clean, cozy, just all around a home. I have that now! and I am so happy.
It took all weekend but it was worth it, I have also noticed how easy it is to keep my house clean because everything has a place. But I will not take all the credit for my home, my friend Bobbi was the key. She gets my creative juices flowing. She was there by my side the entire time and I want to thank her for that. Also my husband and Bobbi's husband Mike where the muscles in the project.
My husband surprised me with an awesome present as well, it made me cry. I really wanted to buy some make up from Ulta and some clothes, so for the past month I donated at the plasma center to be able to have extra money to go shopping for my birthday .My biolife card was no where to be found. So I would have to order a new one and that would take 2 weeks. So I was sad because I wouldn't get to go shopping for my birthday like I wanted to. So a couple days before my birthday he asked me if I wanted my present and took me down to the living room and put cash on my hands. Every paycheck we each get what we call "candy money" money that we can spend on whatever we want. Turns out he had been saving his to give to me so I could go shopping. It was the sweetest thing, I was so touched. I already know I have an amazing husband but things like that just remind me of how blessed I am.
Life is great as always, blessed to have jobs, have a home, and each other.
I will be posting pics of my home shortly.

What a better way to share our summer than pictures!

It is so hard to catch up after a few months of not writing I don't even know where to start. It was in fact a great summer. Last time I wrote we were in the process of figuring out Montana, but things didn't work out. It was a let down, we were both so excited to be able to start fresh and begin out new adventure. But maybe we are suppose to be here at least for now. More opportunities will come and one will be the one for us.
This summer has been a good one. We have had the opportunity to do many things. The most recent one was a trip to Zion Ponderosa Resort. My sister worked there for the summer so she was able to help us plan out our weekend. We went with our friends Mike and Bobbi. We camped the whole weekend, the weather was great and we got lots of sun!

We were able to spend time with my sister on her birthday weekend and we celebrated it with a few of her friends. It was just nice to be away and enjoy nature. Patty took us on an ATV ride and I kept looking around and was always so amazed by the beauty of this earth. Sad we don't take the time to enjoy it more.
We went on the Zip line and we got to use their shooting range and lay out by the pool. On our way back home we stopped at Zion National Park and hiked some of the Narrows. It was a really fun weekend.
But that is all for now... I really should be in bed : )

Montana here we come... Hopefully

So its been a good week lots of exciting news. Trent has been applying for jobs out of the state, so far he has applied to Montana, Colorado, and Wisconsin. He had his first interview for the Montana job yesterday and they liked him so much that they are flying him to Montana next week for a second interview. We feel in our hearts this is were we are suppose to go. We are both really excited and we hope he gets the job. He would be a Quality Manager in the center, so step up from what he is right now. He would actually have his bosses jobs at the new center.  He is so excited to advance in his career, plus who doesn't like more money!!!
Truly I am terrified... I have never been one to want to move from St. George, I love this place and the people. So this is a scary adventure for both of us. But as long as we are together we will be just fine. The one thing that keeps me from freaking out is that my heart is calm if that makes sense. You know that feeling that even though life is crazy you know things are suppose to be the way they are.
So its not for sure yet but hopefully we will know if a couple weeks and if it doesn't work out then he will keep applying.
Life as always is great!!!
